- Keep your camera off and microphone muted unless invited to participate
- Avoid recording, screenshotting, or sharing identifying details about the guest
- Show up with curiosity and openness
- Leave coaching and advice-giving to the host
- Understand that disruptive behavior will result in removal from the session

Questions
Is this free to attend?
Yes. Attending as a live audience member is free.
Will I be on camera?
No. Audience members keep their cameras off. This is about witnessing the coaching and gaining insight into the process.
Can I ask questions during the session?
Audience participation is rare and only at the host's invitation. The focus stays on the guest being coached. Some audience questions will be addressed at the end of the show but most will be responded to post recording. Any resources, support, or opportunities for the guest will be shared with them directly.
Will the session be recorded?
Yes. The show is recorded and may be released as an episode. Audience members are not recorded.
How long is each session?
Plan for 60-90 minutes.
